The usage limits are based on a number of report instances that can be submitted per month. A report instance is the data that is submitted to Monique.io with a single API call, like a JSON document, a text file, SQL results, a number. A single report instance usually translates to multiple "metrics" that traditional systems use.
The limit of 250000 report instances of the STARTUP plan is sufficient to:
monitor CPU, memory and disks of 10 servers (data sent every 15 minutes — 28800 instances)
set up health checks of 4 websites (data sent every 10 minutes — 17280 instances)
monitor 20 API responses (data sent every 20 minutes — 57600 instances)
monitor 20 SQL queries (data sent every 20 minutes — 57600 instances)
monitor 50 cron jobs (data sent every hour — 17280 instances)
monitor 50 custom endpoints (data sent every 30 minutes — 71000 instances)
Besides the limit of the number of report instances, the following limits apply:
storage per month — it's relevant if you will submit large report instances (larger than a few kilobytes) or use the Storage API
team members — enable controlling access to Monique.io for multiple accounts
running time of alarms — a simple alarm takes only a few milliseconds to execute, but if you make HTTP calls that take a long time or make many API calls, the running time can exceed the limits. You will be notified by email when it happens.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.
How is my credit card data secured?Monique.io does not have access to a credit card number you enter. The management of credit card data and payments is ceded to SecurionPay, Switzerland.
How the satisfaction guarantee period works?
If you are not satisfied with Monique.io, you will receive a full refund for payments made in the last 30 days (a request must be sent by email to email@example.com). If you will request a refund in the first 30 days after switching to a paid account, you will be refunded the full amount paid for your Monique.io subscription. The refunded amount excludes possible overage usage fees (the overage usage is disabled by default).
How do you get charged for your subscription?Your credit card will be charged automatically once per month. The first charge will be made on the day the payments are set up. Each payment is made upfront for the next billing period. If you enable overage usage (which is disabled by default), additional charges will be made after the overage packages are used.
How can I remove my account? You can cancel your paid subscription any time, with immediate effectiveness. The option is available on the Settings / Billing page. After the cancellation, your plan will be changed to the FREE plan.
If you would like to immediately remove your account and all the associated data, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I change my subscription plan?A plan can be set on the Settings / Billing page. The plan that is active on the billing day (the date is displayed on the page) defines the amount charged for the next billing period.
