PAYMENTS FAQ
Do you offer a trial period? Yes, we offer a 10-day free trial period. After signing up with an email address, you will immediately gain access to your account (no credit card number / personal data needed). If you will not set up payments before the trial end, your trial account will be removed.
How the satisfaction guarantee period works? If you are not satisfied with Monique.io, you will receive a full refund for payments made in the last 30 days (a request must be sent by email to support@monique.io). If you will request a refund in the first 30 days after switching to a paid account, you will be refunded the full amount paid for your Monique.io subscription. The refunded amount excludes possible overage usage fees (the overage usage is disabled by default).
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.
How is my credit card data secured? Monique.io does not have access to a credit card number you enter. The management of credit card data and payments is ceded to SecurionPay, Switzerland.
How do you get charged for your subscription? Your credit card will be charged automatically once per month. The first charge will be made on the day the payments are set up. Each payment is made upfront for the next billing period. If you enable overage usage (which is disabled by default), additional charges will be made after the overage packages are added to your account.
How can I remove my account? You can cancel your subscription any time - the option is available on the Settings / Billing page. After the cancellation, you will have access to your account for 30 days since the last day for which the subscription was paid.
If you would like to immediately remove your account (rather than wait for an expiry), please contact support@monique.io.
How can I change my subscription plan? A plan can be set on the Settings / Billing page. The plan that is active on the billing day (the date is displayed on the page) defines the amount charged for the next billing period.
